A couple weeks back you looked at our leaking boiler and suggested we try to use some stop leak first to see if it will work versus replacing it. Well, guess what, it worked! Dry as a bone! Thanks for the suggestion.

You were the only one that suggested that, everyone else wanted to sell us a new boiler. So, you've earned our trust and our business!

We'd like to have you come out and do an annual service/cleanout/tuneup on our boiler (which it really needs) and replace the chamber lining (which you may recall was completely falling apart inside).

I just wanted to give you some positive feedback. Leo and I are new customers and have been blown away by the customer service at Metrowest Oil.

We had issue with previous oil companies and getting deliveries in a timely manner. We had to call when the oil tank was running low.

Since 2010, we have used your service for oil and have been very happy. As our 30+ yrs burner was not functional to it's full capacity, we decided to shop around for a new one. We had 6 quotes and your quote came in perfectly within our budget comparing with the same name brand burner, parts and labor.

When the installation took place, I was so amazed how clean and meticulous Dave was. He had covered my whole entire entrance way leading up to the burner with plastic and on top was a cloth tarp for any mishaps. When he un-assembled the old burner, each piece was manually carried out to the van so that there was no leakage. The time of installation was accurate and he even checked back with me a few days later to see if there were any issues.

I'm a now a "Metrowest Oil fan" and will recommend your services to all of my friends. Your company has earned the "Gold Star" in my book. Thank You!!
